Life doesn’t always wait for a scheduled session. The Voice Note Companion is a more fluid, back-and-forth style of support where you send voice notes (or texts) when something comes up — in the moment, raw and real — and we reply with reflections, insights, and reminders to bring you back to yourself. Think of it like having someone you trust in your pocket. We won’t give you advice or fix things, but we will hear you, hold you, and gently interrupt the patterns that are getting in your way.

You can send voice notes or texts anytime over a 7-day or monthly window — big feelings, tiny wins, messy moments, whatever’s alive for you. We’ll reply once a day with a thoughtful reflection, not in real-time but always with care. This isn’t therapy or advice, and it’s not for crisis support. It’s for being witnessed as you move through life — raw, honest, and fully human.

  • Format: Asynchronous support (WhatsApp voice notes)
